Welding Technology

Sameep has developed modern welding technology to provide reliable, efficient and high quality welding joints.
Sameep is acquainted with all major welding processes like SMAW, GTAW/TIG, MIG, SAW – 1G & 2G
All manual are welding is carried out with inverter based machines rather than rectifier far better weld quality and very good energy efficiency.
Imported Lincon make welding machine specially for P5 grade Low Alloy Steel welding.
Developed Submerged ARC Welding (SAW) for defect free higher thick welding.
Developed 2G SAW for welding of large equipment on vertical axis.
Sameep has 200 number of L&T qualified welders and more than 30 AWS certified welders for various welding processed and positions.

2G Welding Technology

Expertise in high quality weld joints with NDTs (non destructive test) like RT (radiographic test), UT (ultrasonic test), DPT (dye penetrant test), MPT (magnetic particle test)
Experience in welding almost all kind of metals like CS, MS, LAS, SS, Aluminium, Copper, Hardox and Titanium
Experience in welding up to 140 mm thick joints
Specialty in Carbride hard facing welding and Overlay Welding
Expertise in welding of LAS + SS Clad joints
